22. Portfolio Use

Clients should use secure credential-sharing practices where possible.
After project completion, clients are encouraged to:

- Update administrative permissions

Clients remain responsible for the security of their own accounts.
25. Backups
Unless backup management is specifically included in an ongoing service plan, clients are responsible for maintaining current backups of their websites, data, and digital assets.
FZJR is not responsible for data loss caused by third-party hosting failures, software issues, cyber incidents, client actions, or external platforms beyond our reasonable control.
26. Website Maintenance
Ongoing maintenance, security monitoring, updates, backups, or technical support are not automatically included after project completion unless specifically stated in the service agreement.
Future updates or maintenance may require a separate plan or fee.
27. No Guarantee of Business Results
Digital services can support business growth, visibility, user experience, and marketing performance, but results depend on many factors beyond the control of FZJR.
FZJR does not guarantee:
- Revenue
- Profit
- Sales
- Leads
- Conversions
- Market share
- Search rankings
- Advertising returns
- Social media growth
- Business success
Any examples, projections, estimates, or prior results should not be interpreted as guarantees of future performance.
28. Accuracy of Website Information
